At AuraIQ, we aim to make ordering simple and keep you informed from purchase to delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

8–12 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs, severe weather or busy seasonal periods.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@auraiqstore.net. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If you still need assistance, contact info@auraiqstore.net with your order number and we’ll help investigate the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit or it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@auraiqstore.net.

For damaged deliveries, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
